The rules for using GoGazza, for customers sending requests and for businesses taking them.

The agreement
By creating an account or using GoGazza you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
Our role
GoGazza connects customers with independent businesses. The contract for the food, goods or work is between you and that business, not with GoGazza.
Businesses set their own prices, deposits, materials charges, cancellation notice and service areas. We show those terms; we do not set them.
Listing information for unclaimed businesses is compiled from public sources and may be out of date. Claimed listings are reviewed before going live.
Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Business accounts must be claimed by someone authorised to act for that business. We review claims before a listing goes live and may refuse or reverse a claim.
Deposits, payments and plans
Deposits are collected through Stripe and paid to the business. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms shown on that business's page at the time of booking.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Free accounts include a limited monthly allowance of jobs or orders. Once used, further activity needs a paid plan.
Acceptable use
Do not send abusive, unlawful or deliberately false requests, scrape the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or misrepresent a business.
We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or content that break these rules.
AI features
Summaries, dietary and allergen notes, and assistant answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a guide, not advice.
Always confirm allergies, prices and job details directly with the business before you rely on them.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that listing information is accurate or current.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the goods or work supplied by a business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
